“The newly appointed owners are clearly embracing their venture with enthusiasm, evident in the seamless way they managed an event even amidst a busy bank holiday. Rooms are impressively appointed, with some featuring vast, comfortable beds and strikingly deep baths, while the food, often sourced from their own farm, is consistently good and served in generous portions. It strikes me as a place where thoughtful hospitality, a well-kept cellar, and genuine comfort come together.”
